Overview
Microsoft Fabric provides an integrated environment for managing data, analytics, and business intelligence. When combined with Power BI, it helps organizations connect data, publish reports, share insights, and manage reporting activities across teams.
In this module, learners will explore Microsoft Fabric workspaces and their connection with Power BI. They will learn how to share and schedule reports, present insights through PowerPoint, configure KPI alerts, analyse semantic models using Excel, and publish dashboards through Power BI Service.
The module also covers workspace administration, user roles, scheduled refresh, and governance practices required to manage Power BI content in an organizational environment.
This module supports selected skills within the Visualize and Analyze the Data and Manage and Secure Power BI skill areas of the Microsoft PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst certification examination.
