Overview

Data visualization is an essential part of Power BI reporting. It helps transform business data into meaningful visual representations that make information easier to understand, compare, and analyse.

In this module, learners will explore different visualization types available in Power BI and understand how to select appropriate visuals based on business reporting requirements. They will work with charts, tables, matrices, KPI cards, maps, gauges, slicers, and filters to develop interactive reports.

The focus is on presenting business information clearly, monitoring performance indicators, comparing results, and enabling users to explore data through interactive reporting features.

This module primarily supports the Visualize and Analyze the Data skill area of the Microsoft PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst certification examination.
