Welcome to Team Academy! Once you are enrolled, follow these 5 steps to set your password and log in to your Learning Management System (LMS).

Step 1: Receive LMS Access

  • Once you are enrolled, Team Academy grants you LMS access using the email address you provided during registration.

  • Make sure you can access this email account – it is used for your account setup and all course communications.

Step 2: Request a Password Reset

  1. Go to the Password Reset Page: teamacademy.net/forgot-password

  2. Enter your registered email address.

  3. Click Send Reset Mail.

A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.

💡 Why reset? This is how you set your password for the first time – your account is already created for you.

Step 3: Open the Reset Email

  1. Look in your inbox for an email from Team Academy.

  2. Click the Reset Password button in the email.

  3. You will be taken to the LMS password setup page.

📥 Email not arrived within a few minutes? Check your Spam or Junk folder.

Step 4: Create Your New Password

  1. Create a strong password, following the requirements shown on the page (e.g. minimum length, special characters).

  2. Re-enter the password to confirm it.

  3. Save your changes.

Step 5: Log In to Your LMS

  1. Go to the LMS Login Page: teamacademy.net/login

  2. Enter your email address and the password you just created.

  3. Click Log In to open your LMS dashboard.

⭐ Tip: bookmark the login page for quick access next time.

Troubleshooting

Problem

What to do

Reset email not received

Check Spam/Junk, confirm you entered your registered email, then request again

"Email not found" or similar error

You may have registered with a different email – contact us

Reset link not working

Request a new reset email from Step 2

Forgot your password later

Repeat Steps 2–4 any time
