# PMP LMS Access

Step 1: Check Your Email

 * After you complete your enrolment, you will receive an email from Team
   Academy.

 * Click Log in to your dashboard in the email.



> 💡 Can't find the email? Check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders. Still
> missing? Contact us.



Step 2: Create Your Account

 1. Fill in your details on the sign-up form.

 2. Click Sign me up.



> 🔐 Tip: use the same email address you enrolled with, and keep your password
> somewhere safe – you will need it every time you log in.



Step 3: Access Your LMS Materials





You now have access to your course materials.

 * Video lessons are organised by topic.

 * Click any video title to start streaming the class.

> what each module covers.

Problem

What to do

Sign-up email not received

Check Spam, Junk and Promotions folders, then contact support

"Complete your sign up" link not working

Copy the link into your browser, or contact support for a new link

PMP not shown on the products page

Log out and back in; if still missing, contact support

Video not playing

Refresh the page, check your internet connection, or try another browser
